What you need

tsp active dry yeast

cup granulated sugar

cup flour

cup brown sugar

tbsp unsalted butter
cup warm milk

tbsp milk

tsp salt

tbsp maple syrup

cup powdered sugar

peach

egg

cup light-brown sugar
Instructions
1: Microwave milk to 110°F for 60 seconds. 2: Place warm milk and yeast into a stand mixer bowl and let it sit for 10 minutes. 3: Pour eggs, melted butter, and sugar into the yeast mixture and beat until combined. 4: Slowly add flour and salt mixture until incorporated and let it sit for 5 minutes. 5: Change paddle to dough hook and beat for 8 minutes. 6: Transfer dough to a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise for 90-120 minutes. 7: 20 minutes before dough is ready, dice peaches and add cinnamon. 8: Cook peaches in a medium pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes. 9: Put peaches in a bowl and cool them in the fridge. 10: Make filling by combining melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. 11: Make crumb by combining flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. 12: Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle shape. 13: Spread filling over the dough and lay out peaches on top. 14: Sprinkle a handful of crumb over the peaches. 15: Roll the dough into a log shape and slice into large rolls. 16: Arrange rolls in a 9x13 baking dish and sprinkle remaining crumb on top. 17: Preheat oven to 375°F and bake for 28-32 minutes. 18: Make glaze by combining powdered sugar, maple syrup, and milk. 19: Remove rolls from oven and pour glaze on top.
