cup vegetable oil

Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. 2: Combine cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs in a bowl. 3: Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop cookie dough onto a large 12x16 cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. 4: Using a spatula, spread cookie dough out evenly on the cookie sheet. 5: Bake for 10-12 minutes. 6: Remove from oven and let cool while making the frosting. 7: Beat cream cheese and butter together until smooth. 8: Add powdered sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract, and beat until smooth. 9: Using a round cookie cutter, cut cookies out from the sheet pan and save cookie edges for topping. 10: Pipe frosting onto the bottom of one cookie, then place another cookie on top to make the cookie cake sandwich. 11: Pipe a little frosting on top of the cookie sandwich and sprinkle crushed pecan crumble for decoration if desired. 12: Enjoy!View original recipe
