Giant Double Chocolate Chip Cookie

1: Preheat oven to 350° F.

2: In a large bowl combine softened butter and sugars with a spatula or spoon.

3: Add in vanilla extract.

4: Beat one small egg and spoon in 2 tablespoons of the beaten egg to the mixture.

5: Once wet ingredients are combined, add in the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt, and stir together.

6: Add in chocolate chips to your cookie dough batter and combine, saving a handful of chocolate chips for the top of your cookie.

7: Press handful of chocolate chips on top of cookie, with sprinkles.

8: Bake cookie for 18-20 minutes.

9: Take cookie out of the oven and let it cool on a cooling rack for 5-10 minutes. Sprinkle sea salt on top and enjoy!
