What you need

tsp vanilla extract

tsp cinnamon

tbsp unsalted butter

tbsp table sugar

tsp baking powder

cup all purpose flour

cup milk
egg
Instructions
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat. 2. In a bowl, mix together dry ingredients. 3. Beat eggs into milk, then stir in vanilla extract and melted butter. 4. Stir wet mixture into dry ingredients. 5. Place butter in skillet. When butter foam subsides, spoon batter onto skillet, making pancakes of any size you like. 6.
