Ultimate Peach Crumb Cake🍑

This peach crumb cake is super moist! It’s a one layer cake, which makes it very easy to make. You can use fresh or frozen peaches. Perfect for any summer breakfast.

What you need

tbsp brown sugar

lb peach

tbsp unsalted butter

cup plain flour

tbsp ground cinnamon

cup powdered sugar

cup granulated sugar

tsp table salt

tsp cinnamon

cup buttermilk

tbsp milk

tsp vanilla extract
tsp baking powder
egg

cup flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line and grease a 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. Make crumb by combining crumb ingredients in a bowl using a fork. Set aside. Dice peaches in a bowl and combine brown sugar, flour and cinnamon together. Toss peaches around till fully covered. Make cake by combining sugars, cinnamon and butter in a bowl. Whisk together. Add in both eggs and vanilla extract. Whisk together. Add in sour cream and combine. Fold in dry ingredients with spatula, this will be thick. Add in buttermilk and combine with spatula or you can use a stand-in mixer with paddle attachment. I find it quicker. Pour batter into prepared baking dish. Layer peaches on top evenly. Pour crumb on top. I leave a little crumb to the side. Bake for 30 minutes and sprinkle remaining crumb on top. Bake for an additional 15 minutes after. Remove from oven, let cool.
