Pumpkin Cinnamon Sugar Donuts

These Pumpkin donuts are so moist, covered in cinnamon sugar and drizzled with caramel sauce! This batter is versatile so you can make 12 muffins with it, a loaf or the donuts of course.

What you need

ground cinnamon

cup white chocolate chips

tbsp vegetable oil

cup unsalted butter

tsp vanilla extract

egg

cup pumpkin puree

tsp salt

tsp baking powder

tsp pumpkin pie spice

cup sugar

cup all purpose flour
Instructions
* Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease donut pan. Combine in a medium bowl dry ingredients, whisk together and set aside. * In a medium bowl combine wet ingredients and whisk together. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix till smooth. * Pipe batter into donut pan, filling 3/4 way full. * Bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Pop out of the pan. Dunk each side in melted butter and cover in cinnamon sugar. Enjoy! Makes 12 donuts.View original recipe
