What you need

tbsp ground cinnamon

cup light-brown sugar

cup honey

tbsp heavy cream

cup chopped pecans

cup all purpose flour

tsp coarse sea salt

whipped cream
tsp vanilla extract

cup unsalted butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl cream together butter and brown sugar. Add in flour, cinnamon and salt and beat till it's a crumble texture. In a 9x9 baking dish lined with parchment paper press down shortbread crust evenly and bake for 15 minutes. When crust is done baking remove and set aside. While shortbread crust is baking make pecan pie filling. Melt butter in a medium saucepan or skillet, add in brown sugar, honey, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Stir for a couple minutes on medium heat and add in the chopped pecans. Stir for another minute and pour pecan pie filling over baked crust. Put back in oven for another 15-20 minutes to finish off.
