These cinnamon rolls seriously taste like a Cinnabon! Perfect for a Galentines or Valentine’s Day brunch this weekend. Btw I ate 3 of these before giving the rest away.

What you need

cup all purpose flour

tsp vanilla extract

cup heavy cream

fl oz red food colour

cup brown sugar

sprinkles

egg

tbsp ground cinnamon

cup granulated sugar

tbsp unsweetened cocoa

tsp salt

cup powdered sugar

cup milk

oz cream cheese

tsp active dry yeast
Instructions
In a small bowl, microwave milk to 110°F for 60 seconds. Place warm milk and yeast into a stand mixer bowl fitted with a paddle and let it sit for 10 minutes. Pour eggs, melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and food coloring into the mixture and beat just until combined. Slowly add flour and salt mixture, 1 cup at a time, until incorporated. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Change the paddle to a dough hook and beat for 5-8 minutes. Transfer dough to a greased bowl and cover it with a towel. Let dough rise for 90-120 minutes in a warm place. When dough is almost done rising, make the filling by combining melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon together. Punch down dough. Roll out dough into a rectangular shape and spread filling on top of the dough. Roll the dough into a log shape and slice into large rolls. Makes 8-10 large rolls. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place rolls into a deep 9x13 baking dish. Pour 1/2 cup heavy cream over rolls. Bake for 25 minutes. Make glaze by taking powder sugar, cream cheese, vanilla extract, and heavy cream and mixing it together until smooth. Pour over cinnamon rolls.View original recipe
