What you need

cup semisweet chocolate chips

cup powdered sugar

tsp baking soda

tbsp sour cream

egg

cup cocoa powder

cup mini chocolate chips

tsp vanilla extract

tsp peppermint extract

tbsp milk

cup sugar

tsp salt

cup plain flour

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, baking soda, and salt. In a small bowl, beat together the vanilla + peppermint extracts egg, sour cream, milk, and oil. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry until just combined. Pipe into a greased donut pan. Bake for 8 minutes or until the tops spring back when you touch them. Let the donuts cool in the pan before glazing. Whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Dunk the donuts in the glaze to fully coat and place on a wire rack to set, about 5 minutes. While glaze settles on your donuts place chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 90 seconds in 15 second intervals. Once chocolate has been heated add milk and stir till smooth. Frost top of glazed donuts with the chocolate frosting with a ๐ฅ! Now you have some delicious double chocolate donuts.
