Not Too Stuffed Nutella Brownie Cookies

Indulge in these delicious brownie cookies stuffed with Nutella and then sandwiched with more Nutella. Made easy with a box brownie mix, they're perfect for a sweet treat.

Preheat oven to 350˚F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix together the ingredients until combine. Using a cookie scoop, drop 1 tablespoon balls of dough about 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Put a small teaspoon of Nutella in the middle of balls. Drop another 1 tablespoon of dough on top covering the Nutella center. Set aside remaining Nutella. Bake cookies for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool for about two minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Once cooled, take a plastic bag, filling bag with remaining Nutella. Pipe Nutella on top of one one half of the cookie and put another cookie on top to make a cookie sandwich! Repeat till finished! Enjoy!View original recipe
