What you need

tbsp lemon juice

oz sweetened condensed milk

cup waffle cone
cup fresh blueberries
lemon

oz instant lemon pudding mix

oz cream cheese

cup sugar
Instructions
In a larger bowl beat heavy whipping cream and sweetened condensed milk till it thickens. Approximately 5-6 minutes with a high- speed hand held mixer. Can also use stand mixer. Then beat in cream cheese another 30 seconds till combine. Fold in lemon juice, lemon zest, instant pudding mix beat for another 1 minute with hand held mixer. Spread ice-cream in a loaf pan and add crushed waffle cones using your hands to the top layer. Wrap pan in seran wrap and put in freezer for 6 hrs or overnight. Make blueberry drizzle in a small pot. Combine blueberries, sugar and lemon juice and stir constantly till blueberries break and soften. Drizzle on top of ice-cream with some whip-cream and enjoy!View original recipe
