Mini No Bake Caramel Banana Pudding Cheesecakes

These creamy and easy-to-make mini no-bake cheesecakes are perfect for any holiday. Featuring a wafer crust, a rich cream cheese filling with banana and vanilla pudding, topped with caramel, whipped cream, and extra banana slices.

What you need

nilla wafers

oz sweetened condensed milk

banana

caramel sauce

cup heavy whipping cream

tbsp unsalted butter
oz cream cheese block

oz vanilla pudding mix

cup powdered sugar
Instructions
Crust: Combine crushed wafers and butter. Using a small cookie scoop, fill a 12-cup muffin pan. Press crust down with fingers and place in fridge. Cheesecake: Beat softened cream cheese for two minutes till smooth. Beat in powder sugar and vanilla pudding mix. Pour in condensed milk and beat together till smooth, it will be thicker. Remove from bowl and place heavy cream in the bowl and whip together till stiff peaks form. Fold into the cream cheese mixture. Assembly: Place a banana slice on top of your crust and scoop 2 tbsp of cream cheese mixture into each cup and smooth out. Place in fridge for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight. Topping: Once set, pipe on caramel topping, add a slice of banana on top of the caramel, add whip cream, crushed wafers and garnish with a full wafer and banana slice! Enjoy.View original recipe
