What you need

maraschino cherry

waffle cone

pt vanilla ice cream

pt chocolate ice cream

pt strawberry ice cream

cup hot fudge sauce

strawberries

tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions
Crush waffle cones in a blender till they are crumbs. Reserve 1/4 cup of the crumbs in a small bowl. Combine melted butter with remaining crumbs. Place parchment paper at bottom of your pan (6” springform pan or an 8x8 baking dish). Press waffle cone crust on bottom of the pan. Add 1/2 pint of chocolate ice-cream and smooth out with a spatula on top of the crust. Add thinly sliced strawberries on top of chocolate layer. Put in freezer for 15 minutes to harden a bit. Add strawberry ice-cream and smooth out. Add hot fudge in the middle of the strawberry ice-cream leaving a rim. Add left over strawberries. Put in freezer for 15 minutes. Remove and add the crumbs you set aside. Add vanilla ice-cream layer and smooth out. Put in freezer over night or for 8 hrs. Remove cake from freezer and pour magic shell over the cake to your liking. We like to cover the top and let it drip down the sides. Add whip cream and cherries to the top!
