Hot Chocolate Popovers

Sweet and fluffy Hot Chocolate Popovers, perfect for a special breakfast or dessert, especially with optional marshmallows and Nutella.

What you need

tsp sugar

cup milk

cup cocoa powder

tbsp unsalted butter

marshmallow

tsp kosher salt
egg
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425-degree F. Grease popover pan and put in oven while you make popover batter. 2. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. 3. Combine all wet ingredients in a bowl. 4. Mix dry and wet ingredients together till smooth (batter is very loose). 5. Fill popover pan about 2/3 way full. Place a marshmallow on top of each popover, optional. 6. Lower oven to 375 degrees F. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Do not open oven during baking. 7. Use knife and pop out popovers. Pipe Nutella in if desired and enjoy!View original recipe
