Instructions

* Preheat oven to 350° F.
* Grease 9” skillet.
* Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
* Add eggs, oil, water and vanilla extract to dry ingredients. Whisk together.
* Pour brownie batter into skillet. Add chunks of cookie dough. With a spoon cover cookie dough with brownie batter. Sprinkle chocolate chips and bake 25-35 minutes.
* Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Drizzle caramel sauce and scoop ice-cream on top and enjoy!
