Easy Mummy Fudge Brownies

These Mummy Brownies are super fudgy and so fun to make for upcoming Halloween parties!

What you need

tbsp unsalted butter

cup chocolate frosting

oz unsweetened baking chocolate

cup cocoa powder

cup all purpose flour

cup sugar

red food colour
egg

frosting

lady finger cookies
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place parchment paper in a 9x9 baking dish and grease the sides. In a saucepan melt butter and chocolate on low heat, stirring so you do not burn the chocolate. Set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Slowly add the chocolate mixture in and beat on low speed till combined. Add in flour and cocoa powder, scraping down sides to ensure it is all mixed in. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes till toothpick comes out clean. These will be fudgy! Let cool for 30-45 minutes. Frost the top of cake with chocolate frosting until smooth. Take White Wilton icing and put it in a piping bag with a petal tip or a straight edge tip and make zigzags across the brownies. Add eyeballs on and decorate with icing decorations as you please.
