Easy Banana Pudding Cupcakes

Delicious cupcakes made from a white cake mix, enhanced with mashed banana and crushed vanilla wafers, filled with vanilla pudding, and topped with a creamy buttercream frosting, sliced banana, and more vanilla wafers.

What you need

instant vanilla pudding

banana

tbsp milk

unsalted butter

tsp vanilla extract

box white cake mix

cup powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Follow box cupcake instructions. Once batter is combined add 1 mashed banana and crushed wafers to the cupcake batter and combine together. Scoop batter into a lined cupcake pan and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool for 15 minutes. Pipe vanilla pudding in the center of cupcakes. To make the frosting, beat butter for 2 minutes. Add powder sugar and beat for 3-5 minutes on medium speed. Add milk and vanilla extract and beat on high speed for 1-2 minutes. Add crushed wafers and beat for one more minute until combined. Put frosting in a piping bag and frost cupcakes, add a wafer and sliced banana on top for decoration with some crushed wafer leftovers!
