Easy Apple Cinnamon Fritter Pancakes

What you need

cup brown sugar

cup buttermilk

tbsp unsalted butter

cup maple syrup
tbsp vegetable oil

tbsp heavy cream

red apple

cup plain flour

cup powdered sugar

tbsp baking powder

cup flour
Instructions
1. Combine diced apples and 2 tbsp brown sugar in a small bowl and set aside. 2. Combine 2 cups flour, baking powder and 3 tsp cinnamon, whisk together. Add buttermilk, 1/4 cup maple syrup and vegetable oil and stir. Pour in diced apples and fold together. 3. In a medium saucepan, melt 1 tbsp of butter in pan and scoop 1/2 cup of batter into pan. Heat pancake for 2 minutes on each side. Repeat till 7 pancakes are made. 4. For the Crumble: take heat treated flour (1/4 cup, baking sheet in oven at 350°F for 5 min), combine with 1/8 cup brown sugar, and 2 tbsp softened unsalted butter. Fork crumbs together. Top on pancakes. 5. For Maple Drizzle: combine 1/2 cup powder sugar, 1/4 cup maple syrup, and 1 tbsp heavy cream and stir. For Brown Sugar Cinnamon Drizzle: combine 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tsp cinnamon, and 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter and stir. Pipe both drizzles over pancakes! Enjoy!View original recipe
