cup all purpose flour

tsp vanilla extract

cup milk

tsp baking soda

tsp salt

cup bittersweet chocolate chips

cup sugar

cup ripe banana

cup pecan nuts

Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of 9x5- or 8x4-inch glass loaf pan with butter or cooking spray. In large bowl, beat sugar and softened butter with a spoon. Beat in eggs. Stir in mashed bananas, milk, and vanilla until blended smooth. In a small bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, chocolate chips and pecans. Add this dry mixture to the banana mixture all at once; stir just until dry ingredients are moist. Pour into the prepared glass loaf pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let bread cool for 25 minutes and then remove from pan.View original recipe
