Cinnamon Sugar Popovers

What you need

cup milk

cup all purpose flour

tbsp unsalted butter

tbsp brown sugar

fl oz olive oil cooking spray

tsp ground nutmeg

tsp cinnamon powder

cup granulated sugar

tsp table salt
egg

tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Place pan in the oven and preheat to 400 degrees F. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and egg white. Add butter and milk. Whisk together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a small bowl and add to wet ingredients till combined. Transfer batter into a piping bag. Remove the muffin pan from the oven. Generously spray with cooking spray. Fill each muffin cup about half way and sprinkle a little brown sugar. Bake for about 20 minutes or till golden brown! Remove the popovers. They should come out easily but if not you can run a knife around edges. Transfer to plate or cooling rack!View original recipe
