Cheesy Rosemary Popovers
I cheese you not these are poppin’! Cheesy Rosemary Popovers What you will need: * 2 large egg * 1 large egg white * 1 cup milk * 1 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted * 1 cup all-purpose flour * 1/2 tsp salt * 2 tbsp Rosemary * 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese @kraft_brand * 1/4 cup parmesan cheese @kirklands * Cooking Spray * Popover pan or muffin pan Instructions * Place pan in the oven and preheat to 400 degrees F. * In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and egg white. Add butter and milk * Whisk together flour, rosemary and salt in a small bowl and add to wet ingredients till combined. * Add cheeses and combine. * Transfer batter into a pipping bag. * Remove the muffin pan from the oven. Generously spray with cooking spray. * Fill each muffin cup about half way and sprinkle a little more cheese on top! * Bake for about 20 minutes or till golden brown! * Remove the popovers. They should come out easily but if not you can run a knife around edges. Transfer to plate or cooling rack!
