What you need

cup sugar

tbsp plain flour

tbsp milk

box puff pastry

cup blueberry jam

cup powdered sugar
lemon
Instructions
In a medium saucepan on medium heat mix blueberries, sugar, flour and lemon and stir together till blueberries begins to soften. You will still have full blueberries and a jam like mix. Put aside to cool. Roll out pastry and cut into triangles. Once cool transfer a tablespoon of blueberry in the middle of the pastry and fold over edges, crimping together tightly. Use a fork to press around edges to secure them shut. Transfer over to a baking sheet on parchment paper! You can use tinfoil they just stick a bit more but since we were away we had no choice! Put in oven at 375 degrees and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown! If you like you can take 1 cup powder sugar, 3 tbsp milk and use a little leftover of your blueberry jam for color and mix together for a nice blueberry glaze!!!View original recipe
