Berry Cheesecake Stuffed Donuts🫐🍩

What you need

cup granulated sugar

tsp vanilla extract

tsp cinnamon

oz active dry yeast

oz cream cheese

tsp vanilla paste

tbsp lemon juice
cup fresh blueberries

cup powdered sugar

tbsp all purpose flour
bunch fresh blackberries

tsp ground nutmeg

tsp salt
cup vegetable oil

cup heavy cream

cup unsalted butter
egg

cup sugar

tbsp plain flour
Instructions
1. Microwave milk for 1 minute until it’s at 110 degrees F. Combine yeast and gently stir. Let sit for 10 minutes. Yeast should foam. 2. In a stand mixer, add melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg, blend together. 3. Add in yeast mixture and eggs one at a time. 4. With a dough hook, slowly add in 1 cup of flour at a time until combined. Dough will be a little sticky but should pull away from the bowl. 5. Let sit in a bowl with a towel over it for about 2 hours until it doubles in size. 6. Roll out dough on a floured surface and cut donuts with a biscuit cutter or cup. 7. Place donuts on a parchment paper baking sheet and cover with a towel for another 45 minutes. 8. While dough rises, in a large pot heat vegetable oil to 360 F. 9. Fry for 90 seconds on each side & put on a paper towel cooling rack. 10. To assemble donuts: combine cinnamon sugar in a bowl and dunk donuts into the mixture until covered. Pipe cheesecake filling into the donut and pipe on top of the donut. Add some berries on top! Enjoy.View original recipe
