What you need

dash red food colour
egg

cup unsweetened cocoa

tsp salt

cup sour cream

cup sugar

cup flour

marshmallow

tsp baking soda

tsp vanilla extract

box vanilla frosting

cup milk
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line muffin pan with paper liners. 2. Beat sugar and butter in a stand in mixer on medium speed, till light and fluffy. 3. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Mix in sour cream, milk, vanilla and food coloring. 4. In a medium bowl mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. 5. Slowly beat in flour mixture on low speed, till combined. Spoon batter into the prepared cupcake liners. We use a medium sized ice-cream scooper. 6. Top off with mini marshmallow hearts. 7. Bake for 18 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean. 8. Let cool for 20 minutes on a cooling rack, frost and add sprinkles! Enjoy.View original recipe
