Banana Cinnamon Crumb Cake

What you need

cup sugar

cup granulated sugar
egg

tsp ground cinnamon

tbsp unsalted butter

tbsp milk

cup flour

cup powdered sugar

cup brown sugar

tsp baking powder

tsp vanilla extract

tsp salt

tbsp nonfat milk powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease sides of a 9x9 baking dish. Place parchment paper on the bottom and grease as well. 2. Mash 4 bananas in a medium bowl and set aside. 3. Combine dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, salt) in one bowl and set aside. 4. Using a stand mixer or handheld mixer, beat butter for a couple minutes until fluffy. Add in sugar and continue to beat until combined. Add in eggs and vanilla extract. Add in mashed bananas. 5. Slowly add in dry ingredients and milk, alternating a little at a time until fully combined. 6. Make crumb by combining all crumb ingredients (flour, brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon) and forking in the softened butter until crumbly. Pour half the cake batter into the prepared dish and add a layer of crumb. Add the rest of the batter and smooth out with a spatula. Add remaining crumb on top. 7. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean! Let cool for 10-15 minutes. 8. Combine icing ingredients (powdered sugar, milk) in a small bowl.
