What you need

tbsp brown sugar

tsp baking powder

tsp ground nutmeg

cup flour

frosting

colored sprinkles

cup granulated sugar

tsp cinnamon powder

cup buttermilk

tsp ground ginger
cup vegetable oil

tsp baking soda

tsp ground cinnamon

oz green food color

tsp salt

tsp vanilla extract

oz unsalted butter

ice cream cone
egg

cup vanilla frosting
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease one or two Bundt pans and lightly flour. If you are only using one Bundt pan you will cut your cake in half to make the pumpkin. If not you will need to double this recipe to make two Bundt cakes! 2. In a large bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Set aside. 3. In a medium bowl whisk eggs, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined for about a minute. Add oil and whisk until combined. Add applesauce, buttermilk, and vanilla extract and mix until combined. Pour the mixture into the flour mixture and mix till just combined. 4. Pour the batter into prepared pan or pans. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow cake to cool for 10-15 min and pop cakes out of pan on a cooling rack. 5. Once cake or cakes are cooled you will slice the top part of cake so it can lay flat on the bottom part. 6. Make cinnamon glaze so it is warm, by melting butter, and stirring in brown sugar and cinnamon. Brush all over cakes. * Take orange frosting and put in microwave for 20 seconds. Drizzle over the top of the Bundt cake. * Place frosted- sprinkled cone in the center of Bundt cake hole. Take additional green frosting and add to a piping bag. Add a few green leaves with a leaf piping tip, this is optional.View original recipe
