Brown Sugar Cinnamon Swirl Poke Snack Cake!

Shhh this cake is semi homemade but I promise you it’s going to be your go to snack cake. It’s super moist and the chunks of melted cinnamon are so yummy! If you are busy but craving a snack, this is it!

What you need

cup powdered sugar

tsp cinnamon

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp milk
cup vegetable oil

cup sour cream

box yellow cake mix
egg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F. Line and lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper. In a large bowl combine a box of yellow cake mix and cinnamon and stir. Add in vegetable oil, sour cream and eggs and mix together till smooth. Set aside. In a small bowl add brown sugar and cinnamon and swirl together. In your prepared baking dish put half of your cake mix in the dish and spread out evenly. Sprinkle almost all your swirl topping on top of the first layer of cake mix. Pour remaining cake on top and smooth out. Sprinkle remaining swirl topping on top of final layer of cake mix and with a fork of knife swirl mixture within cake. Bake for 35-45 min. Take out of the oven and poke holes into the warm cake. Combine icing ingredient’s in a bowl. Pour icing evenly on top of the cake and let it sit for 30-45 minutes.
