One Bowl Lemon Blondies

Lemon blondies are my favorite! I can eat the whole tray. They are easy to make and require minimal cleanup. They are super soft and flavorful. Full recipe below.

What you need

cup plain flour

cup powdered sugar

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp unsalted butter

tsp almond extract
egg

cup sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a lined 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. Pour melted butter and sugars in a medium bowl and whisk together. Add eggs, lemon zest, lemon juice and extracts to bowl and whisk together. Slowly add flour and fold into wet ingredients till fully incorporated. Bake for 15-20 minutes. The edges will be slightly more cooked than the center. Do not over bake. Remove from oven and let cool for 30 minutes. Make glaze by combining powdered sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract and lemon zest. Pour over cool blondies, let it set and enjoy.View original recipe
