Banana Cinnamon Crumb Donuts

What you need

tbsp milk

cup powdered sugar

tsp salt

tsp ground cinnamon

tsp aluminum-free baking powder

cup light-brown sugar

cup all purpose flour
tsp vanilla extract
egg

tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease donut pan or line a muffin pan. 2. Blend bananas and add to a medium bowl. Add melted butter, egg and vanilla extract and combine all together. 3. In a separate bowl mix together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. 4. Add dry ingredients to wet and combine till smooth. 5. Pour half of brown sugar swirl mix into donut batter and fold in with spatula. Pipe donut mix into donut pan or muffin pan, filling 3/4 the way full. Sprinkle remaining brown sugar swirl mix on top of each donut. 6. Make crumb by combining all crumb ingredients together in a small bowl. Sprinkle on top of donuts. Bake for 10 minutes. Pop out on cooling rack. 7. Make glaze by mixing all glaze ingredients into a small bowl. Put glaze in pipping bag and drizzle over donuts. Enjoy.View original recipe
