Personal Deep Dish Flourless Chocolate Marshmallow Skillet Cake

A delicious personal-sized flourless chocolate cake baked in a mini skillet, topped with marshmallow fluff or marshmallows.

What you need

tsp vanilla extract
egg
tbsp firmly packed brown sugar

tsp salt

tbsp unsalted butter

marshmallow fluff

tbsp sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F. In a small saucepan, melt two tablespoons butter over low heat. Remove pan from the heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted. Transfer to a small bowl and set aside to cool slightly. In a medium bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, egg, vanilla and salt. Slowly pour in melted chocolate. Mix until blended, about 20 seconds. Pour batter into mini 4” personal skillet. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 22-25 minutes. If you like to add marshmallow fluff take skillet out at 15 minutes and scoop a heaping spoonful of fluff in the middle of your cake and bake for the remaining 10 minutes.
