No Bake Peanut-butter Cheesecake, with brownie batter drizzle and Oreo crust!

Y’all were nuts about this PB no bake cheesecake it is so easy! Legit will take 10 minutes to whip up and 2hrs to set in the freezer. Take it out 10-15 minutes before you are ready to devour. It’s that good! Best part is you do not need a springform pan. A good old baking dish and parchment paper will work!

What you need

cup powdered sugar

cup smooth peanut butter

oz cream cheese

tbsp unsalted butter

oz cool whip

cup oreo

brownie mix

cup peanut butter chips
Instructions
1. Crust: pour crushed Oreos and melted butter in a medium bowl and combine with spatula. Add to 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper and press Oreos crumbs down evenly as the crust. 2. Filling: combine cream cheese, peanut butter and powder sugar in a stand mixer bowl with fitted paddle, and beat till smooth and creamy. Add 10 oz. Cool whip and beat on low speed till fully incorporated. 3. Pour filling on top of the crust and top off with remaining cool whip, peanut butter chips and chocolate chips. 4. Freeze for 2 hrs then remove from freezer for 10 minutes, drizzle brownie batter drizzle on top, slice and enjoy!View original recipe
