What you need

cup rolled oats
tbsp lemon

tbsp unsalted butter

cup condensed milk

cup light-brown sugar

cup sugar

apple

tsp vanilla extract

cup all purpose flour

cup heavy cream

tsp oat milk
Instructions
Ice-cream: will take 4 hours to set in the freezer so make prior to apple crisp. You can also use store-bought vanilla ice-cream. Combine sweetened condensed milk, heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract into a bowl and whip together with a hand mixer till soft peaks forms. Put in a loaf dish, cover and place in the freezer till set. Remove about 10-15 minutes prior to serving. Crisp: In a 9u0022 skillet add butter, sliced apples, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, lemon juice and vanilla extract. Toss together with your hands or a wooden spoon till apples are coated. On medium heat let apples soften for appx. 5-8 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Crumb: While apples are on stove top make crumble by combining flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon and softened butter. Fork together to create crumbles or you can do this with your hands as well. Add to the top of the apples in the skillet and turn off stove. Transfer to oven at 350 degrees F and bake for 25 minutes till crisp is golden brown and juices are bubbling. Assemble: Remove ice-cream from the freezer and scoop 3-4 ice-cream dollops on top of the crisp. Enjoy!View original recipe
