Sweet Monkey

In a medium mixing bowl combine instant pudding boxes and heavy cream. Stir till it thickens. Fold in half of the cool whip till it is smooth. Set aside other half of cool whip. In a 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish lay 5 graham crackers on the bottom (3 vertical and two horizontal). Add half of the pudding mixture and smooth out. Add the slice bananas on top of pudding layer. Now add second layer of 5 graham crackers and press them down slightly (it is ok if they break a little). Add remaining pudding on top of crackers. Add final layer of 5 graham crackers. Using a spatula add remaining cool whip on top of the crackers and smooth out. Optional add some graham cracker crumbs on top of cool whip. Put in fridge to set for 5-6 hrs. Slice and top off with additional bananas! Enjoy.
