Snickerdoodle Cookie Bars

What you need

tbsp chocolate sprinkles

tsp ground cinnamon
egg

unsalted butter

cup all purpose flour

cup light-brown sugar

cup sugar

tbsp heavy cream

tsp coarse sea salt

tsp baking soda

tsp vanilla extract

tsp cream of tartar
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and line with parchment paper a 9x9” baking dish. 2. Beat butter for 2 minutes till smooth. Add sugars and continue to beat till combine. Add In eggs and extract. 3. In a medium bowl combine flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Slowly pour into wet ingredients and beat till dough forms. 4. Spread cookie dough in baking dish and sprinkle cinnamon sugar. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove from over and let cool. 5. While cooling make optional frosting. You can choose not to frost and eat as is. Beat butter till smooth and combine powder sugar, cinnamons, and heavy cream till smooth. Pop cookie bar out of dish, frost, and dust off with more cinnamon sugar or cinnamon. Slice & Enjoy.View original recipe
