Peanut Butter Pie

A delicious and easy-to-make peanut butter pie featuring a graham cracker crust and a creamy peanut butter filling, topped with chocolate chips.

What you need

tbsp unsalted butter

oz cool whip

oz cream cheese

cup smooth peanut butter

cup powdered sugar

cup graham cracker crumbs

oz peanut butter chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In a blender, grind up graham crackers till they are fine crumbs. Add melted butter and combine. 3. Press graham cracker mixture in a 9-inch pie dish and bake for about 12-15 minutes till golden brown. Put aside to cool. 4. Filling: combine all peanut butter filling ingredients in a stand mixer bowl with a fitted paddle, and combine till smooth and creamy. 5. Pour filling in the pie dish and top off with some chocolate chips. 6. Refrigerate for 4-6 hrs and then take out, ready to slice! Enjoy!View original recipe
