What you need

tbsp milk

cup table sugar

tsp vanilla extract
cup fresh blackberries

tbsp unsalted butter

tsp kosher salt

cup olive oil

tsp almond extract
cup fresh blueberries

cup ice cream

cup sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Make the dough: In a small bowl combine flour, sugar and salt together. In a small bowl combine the oil, milk and extracts. Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix with a fork. Do not over mix. Pour dough into tart pan and press down to cover bottom of tart pan and sides of pan. Make filling: In a medium bowl combine sugars, flour and butter. You can use your fingers or a mixer on low speed to develop a crumbly topping, set aside. Add berries to the top of the tart dough, no need to dress them in the crumble mixture. Pour crumble mix evenly on top of berries. Bake for 35 minutes or till berries are bubbling slightly. Remove from oven and let cool for 15 minutes. We like to eat warm and add ice-cream on top!View original recipe
