Chocolate Chip No Bake Cheesecake

This No Bake Chocolate Chip cheesecake is so easy to make!

What you need

cup vegan chocolate chips

tsp almond extract

cup granulated sugar

oz cream cheese

cup whipped cream

tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl combine crushed cookies and melted butter. In an 8” spring form pan pour the crushed cookies and press down evenly to form the crust. Set aside. 2. In a mixing bowl whip together heavy cream still stiff peaks form. Remove into a small bowl and set aside. 3. In the same mixing bowl combine cream cheese and sugar, beat together for 2 minutes till smooth and fluffy. Add almond extract. You may use vanilla extract as a substitute. 4. Fold in whipped cream to cream cheese mixture till smooth. Fold in a little more than half of the chocolate chips leaving a few for the top. Crush one cookie that you set aside and sprinkle on the top. Put in fridge for 2-3 hrs to set. 5. Remove and decorate. We made homemade chocolate frosting but you can buy store bought as well. We drizzled a little melted chocolate over it and added our last reserved cookie to the top for decoration!View original recipe
