Cherry Cobbler

What you need
tsp baking powder

tsp lemon juice

tbsp unsalted butter

cup sweet cherries

tsp ground nutmeg

cup milk

tsp kosher salt

tbsp granulated sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cherry Filling: Combine sugar, flour, and nutmeg in a medium bowl. Add the cherries and lemon juice and mix around till cherries are fully coated. Set aside. Cobbler Topping: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine the cold butter while using your hands, cut the butter into the dry ingredients until fully combined. Add milk and use a fork to combine mixture. Don’t over-mix. Assembly: Put cherry filling in your mini ramekins. Take a spoonful of dough and place on top of the cherry filling. Place ramekins on a baking dish and let bake for 30-35 minutes till bubbly and cobbler is golden brown! Take out of the oven and let cool for 15 minutes. Enjoy😋View original recipe
