Nutella Chocolate Chip Banana Pecan Muffins

What you need

tbsp nutella

tsp salt

tsp baking soda

tsp vanilla extract

cup all purpose flour

cup sugar

cup semisweet chocolate chips

cup unsalted butter

cup ripe banana
egg

cup pecan pieces
Instructions
Heat oven to 375F. In a large bowl, beat sugar and softened butter with a spoon until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and 2 tablespoons of Nutella. Stir in mashed bananas, chocolate chips, milk, and vanilla until well blended. In a small bowl, mix flour, baking soda, crushed pecans, and salt. Add the dry mixture to the banana mixture all at once; stir just until the dry ingredients are moistened. Pour the batter into muffin pan cups (paper baking cups are recommended). Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 45 minutes; remove from the pan and spoon on some additional Nutella topping (optional).View original recipe
