Pumpkin Donut Loaf

This Pumpkin Donut loaf is so moist, and the chocolate chip morsels make it even better! This batter is versatile so you can make 12 muffins with it, a loaf or even 12 baked donuts.

What you need

tbsp vegetable oil

cup unsalted butter

egg

cup pumpkin puree

tsp salt

tsp baking powder

tsp pumpkin pie spice

cup sugar

cup all purpose flour
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F. Combine in a medium bowl dry ingredients, whisk together and set aside. In a medium bowl combine wet ingredients and whisk together. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix till smooth. Fold in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips. Leaving 1/4 cup to sprinkle on top. Pour batter into a greased 9×5″ loaf pan and sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top. Bake for 45-50 minutes till knife comes out clean. Let cool for 5 minutes and run a knife around the edges of the loaf pan. Let cool for 15 more minutes and flip onto a cooling rack. Slice and enjoy.View original recipe
