What you need

cup dark chocolate chips

tsp vanilla extract
cup firmly packed brown sugar

pt heavy whipping cream

cup caramel sauce

cup butter

can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
Easy Caramel Sauce: Combine 1 cup packed brown sugar, ½ cup butter, ¼ cup milk, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Bring brown sugar, butter, and milk to a gentle boil and cook until thickened, 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat; add vanilla extract. Ice Cream Instructions: 1. In a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment or with a hand mixer, beat heavy cream on a high speed until it reaches stiff peaks. This takes about 5-7 minutes. 2. Once you reach stiff peaks, add sweetened condensed milk and 1 tsp vanilla. Gently fold it in on the lowest setting. Use a spatula to completely incorporate using the folding method so you don't knock all the air out. 3. Add half your ice cream mixture to a loaf pan and drizzle with half of your caramel sauce, swirling it in with a skewer or knife into the ice-cream. Then sprinkle evenly with half the dark chocolate chunks and swirl them into the ice-cream mixture. 4. Repeat with the remaining ice cream, caramel sauce, and chocolate chunks. Then cover with plastic wrap and freeze overnight. 5. Serve with your cones, waffle bowls, or even a yummy dessert bread.View original recipe
