What you need

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp plain flour

cup granulated sugar

cup all purpose flour

cup brown sugar

cup strawberries

unsalted butter

tsp lemon juice
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Filling: clean and dice fresh strawberries in halves and put in a medium bowl. Cover strawberries with the sugar, flour, lemon juice and vanilla extract and combine strawberries in the ingredients till fully covered. 3. Pour strawberry filling in a 9 inch baking dish. 4. Crumble: combine oats, flour, brown sugar and melted butter in a small bowl and with a fork mix together till mixture becomes crumbly. This will take a few minutes. 5. Pour crumble on top of the strawberry filling and bake in oven for 35-45 minutes till top is crisp and strawberries are bubbly! 6.
