What you need

banana

tsp ground cinnamon

tbsp unsalted butter

cup all purpose flour

cup light-brown sugar

cup powdered sugar

cup heavy cream

tsp baking powder

tsp coarse sea salt
egg

tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease donut pan or line a muffin pan. Blend bananas and add to a medium bowl. Add melted butter, egg and vanilla extract and combine all together. In a separate bowl mix together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add dry ingredients to wet and combine till smooth. Pipe donut mix into donut pan or muffin pan, filling 3/4 the way full. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Pop out on cooling rack. Make glaze by adding butter to a small pan on the stovetop on medium heat and stir for about 3-5 minutes till it bubbles and browns. Remove from heat and let cool for a couple minutes. Combine powder sugar, vanilla extract, butter and heavy cream and stir till smooth. Glaze donuts. We dunk the sides of our donuts in a little cinnamon sugar. This is optional. We glaze the tops and sprinkle a little cinnamon sugar on top! Slice a banana and add on top, dust with cinnamon. Enjoy.View original recipe
