What you need
cup vegetable oil

tsp vanilla extract

cup water

tsp baking soda

cup powdered sugar

cup cocoa powder

cup milk

tsp salt

cup heavy whipping cream

cup all purpose flour

cup sugar
egg
Instructions
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease two heart baking pans. 2. Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water. Pour batter into prepared pans. 3. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 15 minutes; remove from pans to wire rack. Cool completely. 4. While cake cools make the chocolate whip-cream or chocolate mousse. Combine all ingredients (heavy whipping cream, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, vanilla extract) and beat on high speed for 3 to 5 minutes till you have soft peaks! 5. Slice off the top part of one cake to level it out. Spread the chocolate whip cream on top of the first chocolate cake and then stack the other cake on top! Decorate however desired. We did a mix of chocolate frosting and pink vanilla frosting! Added some sprinkles as well!View original recipe
