What you need

cup white chocolate chips

tsp vanilla extract

cup unsalted butter

tsp cinnamon

tbsp milk

cup brown sugar

cup granulated sugar

cup flour

tbsp cookie butter

cup biscoff spread
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Have a mini skillet or 7” inch skillet at hand. In a large bowl, mix together the butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Add the cinnamon and flour. Mix in 2 tbsp of cookie butter. Add milk. Continue to mix. Gently knead the white chocolate chips into the ball of dough. Split the dough into 2 equal pieces. Press the first piece into the skillet, all the way to the edges. Spread the 1/4 cup of Biscoff spread onto the cookie dough, leaving a small gap around the edges. Press the second half of the dough on top, making sure it covers the Biscoff spread. Bake for 20 minutes. It should be golden brown all over with a slight jiggle in the middle. Let it cool for around 5 minutes before serving it warm with ice cream Enjoy!View original recipe
