What you need

egg

tsp vanilla extract

tsp salt

cup all purpose flour

tsp baking powder

tbsp unsalted butter

cup heavy cream

cup cocoa powder

cup granulated sugar

cup chocolate chips

cup dairy milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease two 6 cavity donut pans. This recipe makes 12 donuts. If you are using a muffin pan spray with baking spray or use baking cups. Combine dry ingredients, flour, sugar, cocoa powder and baking powder. Set aside. Combine egg, milk, melted butter, vanilla extract and whisk together. Combine wet ingredients into dry and mix together. You can use a whisk, stand mixer or handheld mixer. Pipe donut mix into donut pans, filling 3/4 of the way. Bake for 12 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes and pop onto a cooling rack. Ganache: combine chocolate chips and heavy cream in microbe for 60 seconds and stir till smooth. Frost donuts and add sprinkles of choice!
