What you need

cup powdered sugar

cup plain flour

tbsp unsalted butter

tsp salt

tbsp cinnamon powder

cup granulated sugar

cup light-brown sugar
tbsp warm milk

tsp active dry yeast

tbsp maple syrup

tbsp milk

tsp cinnamon

cup flour

cup brown sugar
Instructions
In a small bowl, microwave milk to 110° F, 60 secs. Place warm milk and yeast into standin mixer bowl fitted with paddle and let it sit for 10 mins. Pour eggs, melted butter, and sugar into yeast mixture and beat till combine. Slowly add flour-salt mixture, till incorporated. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Change paddle to dough hook, beat for 8 mins. Transfer dough to a greased bowl and cover it with a towel. Let dough rise for 90-120 mins in a warm place. 20 mins before dough is ready, dice peaches and add cinnamon. On stovetop, in a medium pan, on medium heat, cook peaches for about 5 mins. Put peaches in a bowl and set in fridge to cool down. Peaches should be like warm, not hot. Make filling, combine, melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon together. Make crumb, combine, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter. Punch down dough. Roll out dough into rectangular shape and spread filling on top of dough. Lay out peaches on top of dough. Sprinkle a handful of crumb over peaches. Roll the dough into a log shape and slice into large rolls into 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle remaining crumb on top of rolls. Makes 8 large rolls. Preheat oven to 375° F. Bake for 28-32 minutes. Make glaze, combine, powder sugar, maple syrup and milk. Remove rolls from oven and pour glaze on top! Enjoy!View original recipe
