The Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie Cup
Serves 1225 mins prep15 mins cook
The only thing better than a cookie is a cookie cup! Especially this one as it has a creamy chocolate hazelnut center, drizzled with Nutella! You can fill the cup however you please but I highly suggest this combination!

What you need

bunch mini chocolate chips

cup nutella

tsp vanilla extract
cup firmly packed brown sugar

cup unsalted butter

cup granulated sugar

cup semisweet chocolate chips

tsp baking soda
egg

tsp salt

hazelnut
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place melted butter in a medium bowl. Add both sugars and mix on low speed till smooth. Mix in eggs and vanilla extract till combine. Mix in baking soda, salt, and slowly mix in flour, 1 cup at a time. Fold in chocolate chips with spatula. Spray muffin pans with baking spray. Scoop large balls into muffin pan and take an ice-cream scooper and press down in the middle of them slightly. Put in freezer for 15 minutes to chill. Bake cookie cups for about 15 minutes or till golden brown. When the cookie cups come out of the oven, press down on them with ice-cream scooper again so there is a cavity. Let them cool for 15 minutes. Take a knife and go around the cookie cup edge and remove from muffin pan. They pop out easy! Place on cooling rack. Spoon in hazelnut filling, drizzle with Nutella and top off with mini chocolate chips. Enjoy!View original recipe
