No Bake Pecan Pie Cups

What you need

tbsp heavy cream

tsp vanilla extract

cup dark brown sugar

cup honey

cup all purpose flour

tsp salt

cup pecan halves
Instructions
Make the crust or crumbles by creaming together the butter and brown sugar with a mixer (hand or standing). Add flour and salt and mix till crumbly. Put aside crust. For the Pecan filling: Combine in a medium saucepan the butter, brown sugar, honey, heavy cream and vanilla extract. Stir at medium heat for about 2 minutes and combine in the chopped pecans. Stir pecans into filling for about 1 additional minute till pecans are covered and nice and gooey. Take 2 spoonful of crust and layer at bottom of cup. Then two scoops of pecan pie filling and layer on top of crust. Repeat till finished. Enjoy!View original recipe
