What you need

cup semisweet chocolate chips

tbsp sugar

cup milk

cup unsweetened cocoa

cup heavy whipping cream

cup granulated sugar
Instructions
Hot Chocolate: Place milk, cocoa powder and sugar in a small saucepan. Heat over medium/medium-low heat, whisking frequently, until warm (but not boiling). Add chocolate chips and whisk constantly until the chocolate chips melt and distribute evenly into the milk. Whisk in vanilla extract, serve immediately. Whipped Cream: Place mixer bowl and whisk in freezer for at least 20 minutes to chill. Pour heavy whipping cream, sugar and vanilla into the cold bowl and whisk on high speed until medium to stiff peaks form, about 1 minute. Do not over beat. Enjoy!View original recipe
